From a document to a working record.

This earlier desk recording shows the intake concept behind Mavline: turn incoming information into structured work, with the source still attached.

YOUR TEAM STAYS IN CONTROL

Operators need the facts and the next decision. Leadership needs to see capacity and financial progress. Both should trace back to the same operating record.

YOUR RULES ARE THE BOUNDARY

Built around your operation.
Accountable to your people.

AI reads the request. Your playbook sets the limits. Connected software performs permitted work and checks the outcome.

01

Your systems of record

Your TMS, inbox, documents and finance tools keep their roles. Connections and read/write scope are agreed individually.

02

Your company’s rules

Customer instructions, approved carriers and escalation paths guide what can happen next.

03

Your authority

Commercial changes and payment release stay with the authorized person. Prepared does not mean approved or paid.

BEFORE YOU ASK

Clear answers. No leap of faith.

Can we use Mavline OS today?

Mavline OS is in development. The preview shows the intended order-to-cash operating model. A walkthrough establishes which earlier desk capabilities are demonstrated and what can be scoped for your operation.

Does it replace our TMS?

The intended model connects to your existing systems of record. Your TMS holds the load record; Mavline coordinates authorized work around it. Supported actions and permissions are confirmed during scoping.

Who approves commercial decisions?

Your authorized team defines the rules. Work outside them pauses for a decision. Rate commitments, recovery spend, credits and payment release need the authority defined in your company playbook.

What happens when facts disagree?

The preview separates facts from assumptions. Conflicting evidence pauses the affected action; the operator sees the sources, missing information and proposed next step.

What if a connection fails?

An uncertain outcome must be checked at the destination before retrying. Exact connector behavior, duplicate prevention and recovery must be tested for each deployment.

What do you need for the first meeting?

Your contact details and, optionally, one workflow to discuss. No confidential shipment records, credentials, driver data or production access are required.
