Control one connected operating flow.
We focus on confirmation-to-billing-ready follow-through rather than pretending to replace every freight system.

ABOUT MAVLINE
Mavline exists to put the operating flow between a load in the TMS, the dispatcher responsible for the next decision and the completed file moving toward billing readiness under control.
“A red load is not controlled because it appears on a dashboard. It is controlled when the reason is understood, the next decision has an owner and the evidence survives the handoff.”
THE FOUNDER
Syed Aarij Hasan founded Mavline to make high-consequence freight follow-through more controlled, explainable and accountable.
A B.Tech graduate of Jamia Hamdard, Syed brings three years of hands-on experience building AI workflows, retrieval-augmented generation systems, automations and software products around real operating constraints.
His work includes content-creation automation delivered to clients across the United States, Europe and Asia and a browser-based video-calling product with a privacy-focused Ghost Mode for TechEdu. He also brings practical knowledge of import-export workflows and freight forwarding.
Earlier exploration of letter-of-credit workflow automation helped shape Mavline's long-term view of trade-document operations. That work remains future R&D and is not presented as a current production capability.
HOW MAVLINE IS BUILT
Mavline is purpose-built for North American freight brokers and 3PLs whose dispatch teams manage the cost of fragmented operational follow-through every day.
We focus on confirmation-to-billing-ready follow-through rather than pretending to replace every freight system.
Risk, recommendations and operating evidence should be reviewable—not hidden behind an “AI” label.
Automation handles repetition. Freight professionals keep customer, recovery and commercial judgment.
THE CLIENT ADVANTAGE
Founding deployment participants work directly with the founder from discovery through implementation.
Discuss the operating problem with the person responsible for translating it into system rules and workflow behavior.
Start from the real handoffs, exceptions and commercial boundaries in your operation—not a generic automation template.
Keep decisions close to the build so feedback becomes a controlled change instead of another implementation handoff.
Define scope, authority and operating evidence first. Expand only after the workflow performs as agreed.
Bring the load-control process that keeps breaking. Leave with a clear view of fit, boundaries and next steps.
THE MISSION
Mavline launches alongside the existing workflow, applies client-specific operating rules and documents the operational change before expansion.
