Mavline structures the route, appointments, carrier, driver, contacts and required milestones. Invalid or missing information is held for review instead of silently passing downstream.
Driver and carrier updates, ETA, location and last-contact age remain attached to the load so the team does not rebuild context from inboxes and messages.
The exception view connects the cause, evidence, commitment, owner and next action. Where the client supplies an approved basis, configured commercial context can also be shown for review. Dispatchers retain authority over the response.
Mavline monitors POD aging. Once received, the document is linked to the load and presented for client review before billing readiness is confirmed.
Operations receives a short list of loads requiring attention. Leadership receives configured state changes, outreach attempts, acknowledgements, documents and weekly baseline comparisons.
