This website is operated by Mavline LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. This notice describes information handled through the Mavline marketing website and business-inquiry flow. If you contact Mavline, you may provide your name, work email, optional work phone, company and website, role, freight volume, current systems and details about an operational need. Please do not send shipment records, driver personal data or other sensitive operational information through the public website.
Mavline uses inquiry information to respond, prepare a relevant conversation, evaluate deployment fit, maintain business records, prevent misuse and protect the website. Mavline does not sell personal information submitted through this website.
Inquiry submissions are stored in the website’s managed hosting and database infrastructure and are available only through Mavline’s owner-restricted dashboard. A transactional email provider routes a submission alert to loads@mavline.com and, when configured, sends the submitter a confirmation. Hosting and communications providers may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure and deliver those services.
Mavline shares website information only with providers needed to host, secure and operate the inquiry flow, or when required to protect rights, comply with law or complete a business transaction. Deployment data is outside the scope of this public form.

Mavline uses first-party visitor and session identifiers to understand page views, referral source, product-demo engagement and inquiry conversion. The dashboard may show approximate country or region and broad device/browser categories. Mavline does not use advertising cookies, does not infer age or gender, and does not store raw IP addresses in the analytics record. Browser “Do Not Track” is honored by the site’s analytics beacon.
